Return & Exchange Policy

At JDR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled at any time for a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the return policy outlined below.

📝 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be approved before being sent back.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

📩 How to Start a Return

• Your order number

• Reason for the return

• Photos or videos (if applicable)

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement.

For non-quality-related exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repair

• Items returned without original packaging or accessories

• Returns requested after the 14-day return period

• Minor scratches, slight tonal variations, or packaging damage that do not affect functionality

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns.

• Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or significantly different from its description.

• Return shipping costs are not covered for non-quality-related returns.
