Return & Refund Policy

 At JDR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

📝 Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

• A return authorization must be obtained before sending any items back.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

💳 Refund Terms:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or significantly different from its description.

• The shipping cost of refund is not covered for non-quality issues.
  

🔄 Exchange Policy:

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement.

• Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and confirmed.

• The shipping cost of exchange is not covered for non-quality issues.

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repair.

• Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

• Returns requested after the 14-day period.

• Minor scratches, slight tonal variation, or packaging damage that do not affect functionality.
